The service

Verqaro organizes property records and risk signals into buyer-focused reports. By using the service, you agree to these terms and confirm that you are legally able to enter into them.

Decision support only

A Verqaro report is informational decision support. It is not a title search, property inspection, appraisal, insurance quote, engineering opinion, or legal, tax, financial, or environmental advice. Public records may be delayed, incomplete, inconsistent, or later corrected. Verify material findings with the relevant agency and qualified professionals before buying or relying on a property.

Accounts and acceptable use

Keep access to your account secure and provide accurate information. Do not use Verqaro to break the law, invade privacy, discriminate, interfere with the service, probe its security, automate abusive requests, resell reports without permission, or misrepresent a report as a professional certification.

Purchases

The Full Property Report is offered as a $4.99 one-time purchase for one report credit. Verqaro Pro is offered at $29.99 per month and automatically renews each month until canceled. Pro adds three report credits after each successful paid period. Paddle acts as merchant of record and handles payment processing, applicable taxes, receipts, and payment-method data.

Cancel a Pro subscription through the Paddle-hosted customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period when applicable. Credits remain subject to the source-coverage and processing gates shown by the service; research coverage is not a promise that a report can be generated for a particular address.

Refunds

If you are charged more than once for the same purchase or Verqaro cannot deliver the purchased report, contact us for review and an appropriate refund. We also review duplicate or late settlement questions with support before changing any account record. Contact us within 14 days of purchase for other concerns. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

Availability and changes

We may change data sources, report features, prices, or availability and may suspend access when needed for security, maintenance, compliance, or abuse prevention. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Ownership

Verqaro and its software, design, branding, and report format are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use a purchased report for your own property evaluation and share it with advisers involved in that evaluation.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Verqaro is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for decisions made from incomplete or inaccurate source data. Any aggregate liability relating to a paid report will not exceed the amount paid for that report. Rights that cannot legally be limited remain unaffected.
